Roland Fleischhacker, CEO
Roland Fleischhacker founded the first Austrian SAP partner back in 1988. Under his leadership, he merged the company with Plaut and expanded the team to over 500 employees. Over the next few years, he developed a successful business model that led Plaut to go public. Roland Fleischhacker is a serial entrepreneur who has built up a high-caliber personal network over the years.
Reinhard Pötz, CTO
Reinhard Pötz founded deepsearch with Roland Fleischhacker. They have been working together on the automation of cognitive tasks for 15 years. Reinhard Pötz is a member of the Apache Software Foundation, the world’s largest open source organization. He is a proven semantic web expert and an excellent team builder.

With deepassist, we want to support companies and public institutions with a high volume of messages. In the customer service departments of the utilites sector, insurance companies, ITSM, public transport and facility management companies, deepassist makes it possible to understand and make sense of complex language data. deepassist offers a strategic, industry-specific tool for interpreting requests, structuring information and preparing responses. Inquiries are forwarded to the responsible agent or appropriate solution processes are initiated.
