Deepsearch GmbH has many years of expertise in the field of neurosymbolic AI and specializes in the use of explainable artificial intelligence in customer service. The company, which has 30 employees, is based in Vienna and was founded in 2010.
The deepassist product is a causal natural language understanding service (C-NLU) that makes auditable, traceable decisions and enables the automation of business processes in highly regulated markets. deepassist offers pre-trained industry solutions for the areas of utilities, insurance, ITSM, local public transport, and property management.
