Can I continue to use my existing (customer service) systems?

Yes, deepassist can be integrated into your existing (or future) system architecture. This is made possible by integrating deepassist into your system via REST API.

We provide you with a central causal AI agent and the deepsearch Business Orchestration and Automation Technology. Depending on the use case, you can decide which tools you need in addition. These can be LLMs, STT modules, OCR, RPA tools or many other instruments. We will be happy to go into more detail in a non-binding consultation.

LLMs work even better with deepassist: deepassist offers you industry-specific language understanding and understands your customers’ concerns, no matter how they are formulated. With an LLM of your choice, responses to these messages can then be generated automatically.

How does the pricing structure work?

We charge on a pay-per-use basis. At the end of a period, you pay for the messages that have been analysed by deepassist. A message can be a call, an email or a chat session, for example. In addition, there is a regressive cost model – the more messages are analysed, the less you pay per message.
